Chemical Processing Corp operates three continuous manufacturing lines that generate acidic effluents requiring neutralization before discharge. Their existing paper-based onboarding process for new chemical feedstocks caused delays in updating treatment protocols. We built a digital portal that captures feedstock composition data, automatically adjusts neutralization parameters in the ANR-800 reactor, and logs the changes for regulatory reporting. The portal reduced onboarding time from two weeks to three days and eliminated manual data entry errors in the pH control setpoints.
