Client Onboarding Portal

The Client Onboarding Portal was built to streamline how new clients submit their solvent recovery specifications and receive a preliminary system configuration. Before this portal, the process relied on email threads and manual data entry, which often delayed the initial proposal by several days.

The portal collects key process parameters: solvent type, target purity, feed composition, flow rate, and utility availability. Each field is validated against known operating ranges for the VDC-400, FFE-200, and MSB-100 product lines. If a value falls outside the standard envelope, the system flags it for engineering review rather than rejecting the input outright.

After submission, the portal generates a preliminary equipment recommendation and a process flow sketch. The client can review these documents, request adjustments, and approve the configuration before a formal quotation is issued. This reduced the average time from initial contact to proposal from 12 business days to 5.

The portal also stores historical submissions, so returning clients can load a previous project as a template. This is particularly useful for plants that run multiple solvent recovery lines with similar specifications.

The portal is now used by all new clients in the pharmaceutical and specialty chemical sectors. The next iteration will add a live chat channel for real-time clarification during the specification phase.

From inquiry to operating solvent recovery

We follow a structured sequence to design, build, and commission vacuum distillation columns, falling film evaporators, and molecular sieve dehydration beds for continuous processing plants.

Process audit & sample analysis

We review your solvent stream composition, flow rate, and thermal limits. A lab test on a 2 L sample confirms boiling points, azeotropes, and moisture content before any design work begins.

Column & evaporator sizing

Using the audit data, our engineers calculate the required number of theoretical stages, heat transfer area, and bed volume. The result is a P&ID with pressure drops, residence times, and utility loads.

Fabrication & skid assembly

Each unit is built in our workshop under ASME Section VIII. We weld 316L stainless steel, install the packed bed or tube bundle, and mount all instruments on a modular skid for drop-in placement.

PLC integration & HMI setup

We program the control logic for automated start-up, steady-state regulation, and regeneration switching. The HMI displays live temperature, pressure, and flow data with alarm thresholds.

Site commissioning & validation

Our field team connects the skid to your existing piping, runs a 72-hour performance trial, and documents recovery efficiency, moisture outlet levels, and energy consumption per liter of solvent processed.
