Rules governing the use of Solvprog.com and the supply of solvent recovery systems, including vacuum distillation columns, falling film evaporators, and molecular sieve dehydration beds for continuous processing plants.
Solvprog provides design, engineering, and supply of vacuum distillation columns, falling film evaporators, and molecular sieve dehydration beds for automated recovery and purification of industrial chemical solvents. These terms apply to all orders, proposals, and technical documentation issued by Solvprog for continuous processing plant applications.
You agree to provide accurate process data, including solvent composition, flow rates, and operating conditions, to enable proper system sizing and material selection. You must ensure that the site where equipment is installed meets all applicable safety, electrical, and structural codes. Any modification to the system without written consent voids all warranties.
All drawings, specifications, software, and process know-how shared by Solvprog remain our confidential intellectual property. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or distribute these materials without prior written approval. This clause survives termination of the agreement.
Solvprog’s liability for any claim arising from the use of our equipment or services is limited to the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost production, downtime, or solvent losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our equipment is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for twelve months from commissioning or eighteen months from shipment, whichever occurs first. The warranty excludes consumables such as molecular sieves, gaskets, and seals. Any claim must be reported in writing within seven days of discovery. Unauthorized field repairs void the warranty.
Either party may terminate the agreement with thirty days written notice if the other party breaches a material obligation and fails to remedy it within that period. Upon termination, you must return all confidential materials and pay for all equipment delivered and services rendered up to the termination date.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect thirty days after posting on this page. Continued use of the site or placing new orders after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users by email of material changes.
